Executive Studio
Be prepared to enjoy your nights with us in our upstairs studios. Step onto your balcony for views of the Pacific Ocean from Cape Kidnappers to Mahia. Relax with a wine or a good book and soak up the Marine Parade character. Sleep in comfort in your super king-size bed after having a soak in your huge freshwater spa-pool. A fully equipped kitchenette to cook if you wish to dine-in. And a fully tiled bathroom are there for your use. A couples delight.
Studio/Apartment
No seaview here - instead these are city facing for the afternoon sun. Very stylish layout and classy decor with airconditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Super king-size bed and freshwater spa for your comfort. A separate lounge area to relax in with your LCD TV. A fully equipped kitchenette and lovely tiled bathroom. Excellent for couples or for the business traveller who requires quiet and space. There's room for a small business meeting or to show your merchandise from these rooms. Parking at your door. Upstairs or downstairs rooms available. Limited availability for an another bed in the lounge for an extra person.
Family Unit
Seaview units with 1 super king-size bed in one bedroom, 2 singles in another bedroom and a 3rd single in the lounge. Sleeps 5 as a maximum. Spa bath in the tiled bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette so you can eat in and enjoy the Marine Parade vibe out your door. All units have ocean views - some with a balcony, while others have a patio area. Room for the family or 2 couples to share whilst enjoying the use of a spacious lounge/dining area. Making life easy and comfortable for the family while you are away
Family Studio City View
Newly refurbished room offering a super king-size bed in a bedroom and 2 singles in the lounge area. Fresh water spa pool in the room and a heat pump to keep you the perfect temperature all year round. Compact fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and tiled bathroom. Sky on LCD TV, 500MB free WiFi daily and newspaper on request. Choose downstairs with parking at your door or upstairs offering a small balcony. These rooms are comfortable for up to 4 people but not spacious.
One Bedroom Oceanview
Seaview units with 1 super king-size bed in the lounge area and 2 singles beds in a bedroom. All with a balcony and a view over the boardwalk to the ocean. A fully equipped kitchenette so you can eat in at the dining table and enjoy the view. A lovely spa bath in the tiled bathroom. Ideal for a family of three or four and for those wanting a room with twin use.
Ground Level Oceanview
These studios off the same features as the Executive Suites on level 1 and 2, but are located on the Ground floor – so you can park your car at your door, you don't have to take luggage up the stairs and they have a patio facing the Ocean view instead of a balcony. These studios also offer the super king-size bed, in-room spa and kitchenette in the same layout as the Exec's but without the need to climb the stairs.

- Same day bookings accepted online prior to 4pm
- Our office closes at 9pm. Please contact us if you intend arriving after this time
- We retain the right to refuse to supply accommodation to those under 18 not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Credit card imprint will be taken on checkin or we may ask for a bond
- Cancellation period is 48 hours. Notification must be given 48 hours before 2pm on date of stay or 1 night's accommodation will be charged
