Be prepared to enjoy your nights with us in our upstairs studios, step onto your balcony for views of the Pacific Ocean from Cape Kidnappers to Mahia. Relax with a wine or a good book and soak up the Marine Parade character. Sleep in comfort in your superking bed after having a soak in your huge freshwater spapool. A kitchen and separate fully tiled bathroom are there for your use.

No seaview here but a very stylish layout and classy decor with airconditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Superking bed and freshwater spa for your comfort ,with a separate lounge area.  Excellent for couples or for the business traveller who requires quiet and space. There`s room for a small business meeting or to show your merchandise from these rooms. Parking at your door. Limited availability for an another bed in the lounge for an extra person. 

FAMILY UNIT
Seaview units with 1 superking bed and 3 single beds all with an ocean view. Spabath in the fully tiled bathroom and kitchen so you can stay in to enjoy the view. Some have balcony, while others have a patio area. Room for the family or 2 couples to share.

  

ONE BEDROOM OCEANVIEW
These upstairs one bedroom units have a lovely big balcony with views of the ocean and the boardwalk. Have an early breakfast and watch a magnificent sunrise or relax later in the day with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. The superking bed is in the lounge area and 2 singles are in the bedroom. The fully tiled bathroom has a spabath for you to enjoy. In the kitchen you can prepare your breakfast or a plate of our lovely Hawkes Bay produce to enjoy with your wine.
